Making Deposits

In order
to play our casino games and win REAL MONEY, you must first
deposit money into your Dealer Challenge account. All deposited
funds must be processed and approved before you are allowed
to bet with real money. All transactions take place in US$.
In order to make a deposit you must first register your User
Name and Password by pressing 'New Account' from the Casino
Software. Once you have a User Name and Password you are ready
to deposit money into your account and increase your balance.
You can deposit money by following these steps:
• Start the DealerChallenge Casino program.
• Enter your Username and Password in the "Login"
screen and select the "Play for Real Money" option.

Citadel is a payment option only available to our players
in the United States. The checking account used to register

Money deposited by bank wire transfer will be available in
your DealerChallenge account immediately after receiving
the bank's confirmation. In the details of payment indicate
your DealerChallenge Casino Username. This is the same username
you use when you connect with the software to the casino.
Adding your username will help us to identify the transfer
and forward the funds to your account.

Withdrawal Options
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 business days from
the date of request.
For security reasons payments are made by first crediting
the maximum amount possible to your credit card. Additional
winnings will be sent by bank check, NETeller or bank wire,
subject to the fees listed below. If you made your original
deposit(s) with a credit card, we will credit the withdrawal
amount back to that same card as long as that amount does
not exceed the TOTAL amount charged to DealerChallenge Casino.
Please Note: We can only credit back to the same card(s) used
to make the deposit(s) to your casino account.
The credit(s) will appear in your credit card account after
approximately 5-10 business days. Following review, DealerChallenge Casino will send e-mail to you confirming your withdrawal
request. MasterCard might not allow crediting cash outs back
to your MasterCard. Our cash outs can be sent to you via bank
draft, wire transfer, or NETeller.
Bank Draft
Sending your winnings by mail is FREE. Delivery takes 3-14
days depending on the postal service in your country.
NETeller
If you have deposited funds to your account using only the
NETeller method, then your withdrawals can be credited back
directly to your NETeller account. If you have deposited funds
into your account using credit card(s) and NETeller, withdrawals
will always be credited back first to your credit card(s)
and the remainder will be sent to your NETeller account.
Wire transfer
The wire transfer charge is $30 per wire. It takes 2-7 days
to receive a wire.
